Description

This specialty brew features a very smooth dark malt base balanced with selected hops. The pure maple syrup included with this kit adds more fermentable sugar as well as a rich body and mouthfeel. Ingredients for this recipe include: 6 lb. Dark liquid malt extract, 12 oz. Maple Syrup, 8 oz. Caravienne, 8 oz. Carapils specialty grains, 1 oz. Northern Brewer, 1 oz. Cascade.
